"Quotes" what are you guys doing ? I mean, you guys are making it seem impossible to just select one quote that I like the most. Every Single quote in this video is a goldmine in its own way. You guys are doing incredible job. This will be my favorite video of 2023.

3:55 Never brag about your success or tell people your plans as your friends today may become your worst enemies tomorrow. So true

Yeah this is stuff I wish I had learned long before hitting 40 but you can't tell young people anything. They have to learn on their own. Experience is the best teacher, but not a very kind one.

The next time someone complains about my behavior I’ll reply “If I took back the pain I caused you I would also take back the strength I gave you, you’re welcome!”

I was all on board until
" the only people who will never let you down is your parents"
I'm calling bullshit on that one!!😂

I heard or read this quote when I was a child. Have a friend and treat him well. To him your secrets never tell, for when your friend becomes your foe, out in the world your secret goes. Love these quotes. I listen to them everyday. They inspire me to live the life I choose. Blessings from Trinidad 🇹🇹 ❤

Wishing that everyone who watches this video will be safe, healthy, have all their wishes fulfilled, and any prayers answered. May those who feel lonely find comfort, those in poverty escape hardship, and those without daily sustenance have enough to eat and wear.

I don’t agree with the “you’ll never regret your silence”. Sometimes people don’t say things they wish they had

I could see a younger me not seeing any value in these quotes but being older and realizing experiences tied to nearly all of them I wish I'd had them and used them when I was a younger me

Don't read a quote and say "this is wise". But read a quote and say "how could I relate this in my life?". Thank you Quotes.

When people say things like “own your truth “ or “living my truth “ you can be assured that person has lost the thread of objective reality and is not worth your time or attention.

As a 59 year old man who has come far and learned a lot I concur with these gems. Thank you for your effort in compiling them.

As i finish my coffee and head back to work, I realise I won't remember any of these by the time I complete my first task. Sad.

Years ago, I put together my Readers Digest quote, just in case:

When I was fifteen, I looked forward to sixteen, the year I'd be old enough to drive. It was
wisdom I sought.

Upon arriving at my sixteenth year, I was sorely disappointed to discover wisdom was not yet
mine.

Not undaunted, I again looked ahead. This time, to my eighteenth birthday. The age at which I
could be called to defend my country and give my all, as a man. Surely that was when wisdom
would be mine.

Again, I met disappointment. But I held firmly to that I had merely been mistaken on the timing
when wisdom would be mine.

I, reasonably, chose twenty-one. After all, in law, and other ways, it was said that was the
age at which I'd reached maturity, and I'd be established as an adult.

Sadly, I came to be twenty-one and, was, yet again, sorely disappointed.

In desperation, I came to rest my hopes on the age of twenty-four. The age at which my insurance
rates dropped.

Suffice it to say, I've reached my final conclusion: There are many eighty year old kids running
around this world today.

"No one in this world will stand up for you like the way your parents do."

i dont agree with that. me and my dad were never close. and he spent most of my childhood bullying me then actually teaching me anything

I agree if you have secrets be careful who you tell them too. But more importantly imo, don’t fear others knowing your secrets. Overcome that fear so if anyone does find out your secrets, you’re good with them. No one can use them to hurt you.
