Just a few decades ago, this wasnt the case, cars were actually normaly sized back then. But due to some new laws requering more fuel efficent cars, car makers just began making cars that are actually deffined as «small truck» witch did not have theese requiements. So about 80% of new «cars» bought in the US are actually not cars, but trucks.

He forgot to mention the car prices in Denmark… Denmark is one of the most expensive countries to own a car… I pay around 1300€ just to have my car. That’s even without gas and ensures.

I was in new York once, and 6 Out of 10 cars were one of those models. Chevrolet isn’t the only brand making them. There are also Cadillacs and fords. I swear they are the exact same car except for the logo

I am from Denmark and my older brother restores old cars as a hobby, his current project is a 1966 Imperial Crown Coupé and those old American luxury cars look and feel completely out of place here in large part because how long, low and wide they are

And the sad reality seems to be that most Americans don't even realise how utterly ridiculous those huge vehicles are.

You would get a ticket everywhere you park with those! I remember in Texas, that when I thought I saw a big truck, I just saw another one being bigger!

As an American living in Denmark I had huge culture shock moving here and seeing how small everything is. Now I would get reverse culture shock if I had to go back lol
