Inspector Sani and Inspector Khai are undercover on a remote Malaysian island when a group of ruthless terrorists strikes. The incident leaves Sani captured along with other 200 hostages, while Khai is left stranded on the overrun island streets. With the threat of hostage killings crippling any government intervention, Sani and Khai resort to taking matters into their own hands. Sani initiates a plan to fight the terrorist leader from within the compound, while Khai teams up with an Indonesian undercover cop (Raline Shah) and four surviving special forces operatives who were sent in by the Malaysian government. In a showcase of sheer bravery and sense of duty, the band of cops decide to fight against all odds, to defeat the terrorists and to save the 200 innocent lives.
