This is just the tip of the iceberg but what is complicated is understanding how Apple communicates its why, because nobody notices it, but everyone knows it.

Then Simon said the "why" of the company but for me it is more about the fact that the company sells the need to the customer, and selling the need is the holy grail of knowing how to sell, in this case, Apple sells the need to the customer, i.e. you will use our Apple products to have a higher status Quo.

When we want to buy something we already have in mind what we will need it for, what having that product or service will give us, so when a person does not want to buy your product It is because he has not found what he will need it for, that is why selling is all about selling the need to the customer, once done, he will want to buy.
