They're not all featless. If you ever read the story of Koavire Ideel, it does demonstrate some feats: Koavire came from the Aeter Continuum. A group of fictionalverse-travelling beings who entertain themselves by taking part of other stories. Koavire decided he wanted to build Godverse.
"Koavire was the foremost figure to take charge of the creation of Godverse. He approached- beyond measurements and boundaries- towards the non–conceptual absence of the narrative void. With him further binding himself as he approached into a physical manifestation, he took a step forth into the blank slate. The non-conceptual absence bent to the very presence of Koavire, leading it to follow suit and take a form. It would become a physical void, a true void devoid of any concept of color or laws. King Godverse would open his mouth and spew forth a calamity; lights, sounds, colors, and more settled into fluctuating positions simulating limbo and discordance as the physical manifestation of pure unadulterated uncertainty. All concepts, all ideas, and beyond were met with the presence of the nonconceptual inexpressible abstractions designed by Koavire."

After the ball started to roll, King Godverse did create Godverse. He also implemented a system into the narrative that created some sort of segregation between canon and noncanon characters limiting them to the Godsphere so that he may have all the power for himself. Koavire also created the different level of infinities when he manifested the Adamasphere. This is just one of the completed characters they've made. They have others in the work that will rewrite the cosmology, chapters focusing on a more political themed story, and idk what else.
