Interesting. I wondered why Cale's father put the Titan in the middle of a nebula. It seemed pretty random and strange. But then I remembered my college level Earth and Science course, and the process that takes place when a planet is born. It begins with the gravitational pull of the center of a planetary nebula. It pulls all of the detritus lurking within the nebula, gases, and physical material. The Titan acts as the starting point for a planetary nebula, excallerating the process that would take billions of years into a few short minutes.

I love how when the Titan activated, the Dredge couldn't turn off their super laser even if they wanted to. The Titan just sucked them dry for all they were worth.

gotta love the final scene of all those drifter colony ships coming to New Earth as if to say we are coming home our nightmare is over.

When the planet produced lightning…I legit pictured God smiling when the newly formed Earth produced lightning as He declared “I GIVE THE PLANET LIFE!”
