Director and all-round lovely man John Krasinski popped by our studio and we asked him to analyse one of his favourite scenes from the movie. I think does a great job of unpacking this really tense scene.

Enjoy! - Krupa

SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER

Nah man, the part where she's about to have the baby and the nail is sticking out on the stair is the most tense scene! Seriously, hands were sweating. Everyone in the theater could feel that tension. Really great stuff!

This movie gave me that same anxious feeling I get around clickers in The Last of Us. 1 loud noise and it might be your last 😕

If this movie doesn't get nominated at least for Sound Mixing/ Sound Editing I'm going to hunt down the Academy members

This was a masterpiece I loved every second of this movie, I don't think this was the most tense scene though. The Emily Blunt, Nail and Bathtub scene (to avoid any spoilers) was the most tense scene for me.

Such a good movie. I love John Krasinski, man. He made a helluva movie and I'm glad it's performing well. It's The Last of Us + Don't Breathe with a lil bit of Jaws/Jurassic Park thrown in there.

A Quiet Place is the best monster movie since the first Alien.

Go John! I absolutely fell in love with this guy not only for how he played Jim Halpert on The Office but also how lovable this guy is out of character. He did a wonderful job with this movie and putting so much care into the many details makes him deserve the recognition for his ability to step into this non-comedic role. Definitely a person to admire!

I'm a little over a year away from graduating Full Sail for Creative Writing in Entertainment and this movie was phenomenal. It feels like a passion project for everyone who worked on this. I'd love to read the script. Great guy and director. Kudos to the original writers too

I couldn't think of a better man to play the lead in a movie like this. His face can deliver a line better than any mouth.
