Avoid spraying up the roof tiles/slates. Water will instantly be in the loft space and will stain ceilings below. I know this for certain!

I have LeafFilter brand gutters so I don't have to worry about debris getting in the gutters in the first place. Mine work great and my yard has many trees that drop a whole lot of debris.
