Cachaça is Brazil’s Best Kept Secret

After spending some time in Brazil I have found my greatest ally. A little bottle of alcohol called Cachaça. I have never heard of this spirit until I spent some time in the South American country. It is made from sugarcane and it is absolutely delicious. This why I have called it Brazil's best kept secret. Hopefully they sell it at a liquor store near you.

As a barman when people ask me what cachaca is i always say its basically brazillian rhum xD

You can thnk of it as a more distilled Rum. Also, good cachaças (usually around 15 dollars) are pretty great, some of them are aged in barrels like Whiskey, such as oak barrels. Those are very good
