Well, that may be Spanish inspired food or inspired in Spanish tapas, it may be delicious, but that is not even similar to the kind of food we have in Spain as normal tapas, it doesn't have the shape of tapas, it is more like little dish servings... I guess the cookers are Spanish but that is too modern, too strange, too far away from the real thing. The Galician almond cake... never ever it is served like that... traditionally speaking. I wouldn't consider this as Spanish food.
