More Than A Feeling - Boston - ft Ken Tamplin #shorts

It took Boston guitarist Tom Scholz more than 5 years to complete the song “More Than A Feeling” but it definitely ended up being worth the wait.

The tune was one of a number of songs that Scholz worked on in his basement before Boston ever got a record contract.

It ended up being released as the lead single off of their debut album and peaked at number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Now a classic rock staple, the song was ranked by Rolling Stone as one of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

I hope you all enjoy my version of the track and please be sure to share what you thought!

The original version is so polished and pleasant. This version is scary.

My first concert was Boston with Sammy Hagar at the Boston Garden. It was in the 70s. Boston sounded just like their album. Brad Delp hit every high note. It still gives me goosebumps when I tell people about the show. If you were fortunate enough to have seen Boston at that time, you know what I mean. RIP Brad. Thanks for the memories. Great cover, BTW. Brad would be proud.❤️

Probably the most iconic vocal phrasing of all time. Can't think of anything quite like it before BOSTON. MAybe Robert plant.

OMG DUDE!! You frickin NAILED that! One of my favorite bands of all time! And you just easily power-housed that line as if it was a walk in the park.... Very Nice!!

And I AGREE 1, 000% with others here, PLEASE create your own channel where you sing these songs. I would definitely buy this song sung by you.

Wow! How physical singing is! I get myself thinking how this song demands when it is performed alive. You rock Ken!

Mr. Tamplin, I've watched a number of your videos. I know you have said that you basically started with a not so impressive vocal range but basically gave yourself permission to be able to go higher. I have heard you go pretty high before too, and it impressed me. I have had thoughts of taking your course.

BUT THIS IS BEYOND BELIEF!!! For you to be able to hit that high note every bit as powerfully as Brad Delp did, maybe MORE powerfully, that blows me away! I never thought you could go THAT high!

Professor of Rock did a video on that song and billed it as something like, "No human voice can go that high, but he did!" Now you did too! TOTALLY amazing!!!

Not many can do that. Brad's vocal abilities have always blown my doors off!
