You know, Marty Schwartz is gonna be a name thats gonna remain in my life forever. When someone asks me "hey man you're so good how did you get to play that, do you have a teacher?" my answer would be "Yes, yes i have and he's the best god damn teacher i have ever had in music". Love you so much man, we really love what you do and you are a fantastic member of this community and i hope it stays this way. Much love brother keep on playing!

This is the first full song I’ve learned to play on guitar! I’ve been practicing for weeks to play for my dad because we love Boston, and especially this song. Thanks Marty!

I’ve been playing this wrong for decades and no matter what I do it’s like the hardest thing I’ve ever learned even though a song like this would usually take 5 mins to learn. My brain is so stuck in playing a couple notes wrong the way I always I have ….. it’s literally shocking how hard it is to break myself of it.

It blows my mind that when I started learning guitar 2 years ago this was the first song I learned and I hadn’t even realised that he played this song on a 12 string at the very beginning! I learned on my first acoustic, started learning metal riffs on my electric and now I’ve got a 12 string epiphone acoustic! This is crazy!

One of the best lessons ever!
Only been learning for just over a year and at almost 60 never imagined I'd ever be able to play something like this, well done sir!

After a lifetime of piddling with the guitar I’ve recently started taking it seriously. Marty is the best teacher on YouTube for learning new music. Thanks man.

Such a great classic song, thanks for sharing it with us. Along with Aerosmith, one of my favorite 70s bands. Love to see you do a lesson on Boston’s “Hitch a Ride.” Many thanks!

Thank you so darn much! This is the one song I always listen to while programming! Has the peculiar ability to get one's grey cells all motivated. Thanks, again!

Can you imagine being Tom Scholz?
He’s is truly a complete genius for composing such an iconic song!
How does a human being even do such a thing?

As always, I seem to see how others teach it, get lost, make mistakes then get Marty to simplify and explain it correctly. Thank you.
