I been using a pocketnote book to journal my after thoughts about my day and using it as an emotion tracker & a tracker for anxiety & stress levels . I also keep track of what triggered my anxiousness and the physical tole on my body due to the stress. Love using this system and I'll never stop using my current system

I tried those notebooks from Walmart. Convenient to carry in a pocket but pages started falling out within a week or two. Switched to ones that cost more but didn’t fall apart.
