I'll try & explain. His point is that her thick value should never jam here. She is in position. His most likely holding is an over-pair [which is in fact what he has]. Her jam on the turn makes her range pretty obvious [especially since female players tend to be on the tight/passive side]. She simply has a set, a straight, or top 2. Due to the pre-flop action, he is essentially folding AA here. She should not want that.
