I was last in Oaxaca 12 years ago. I heard it has gotten more touristy in recent years, which was quite evident in your last two videos there. I've traveled all over the world and Mexico is still one of my favorite countries. I think psychologically being close to home (USA) and knowing some Spanish helps too. Thanks for the videos!

I am so happy you had such a great time in the magical city of Oaxaca. My spouse and I have visited twice for wonderful vacations. What is fabulous about Mexico is there are even more exciting places to visit! You will find the food up north is different, though equally delicious. And…eventually you will catch on that Mexican food isn’t quite what is served in “Mexican” restaurants in the United States—which I do like, but is really Texas Mex. I look forward to future videos in this amazing country.
