Here's how to record a reasonably complicated vim macro and save it for later use. This example happens to involve RSpec, but knowledge of the gem isn't required to follow the video.

I prefer it at this speed. otherwise it'd have been longer. There were parts I didn't get but that wasn't because of the speed. And if there's something I don't get, it'd have taken longer to get to it if it was slower. Really it's easier to rewatch or pause, than to watch a longer video. If he went very slowly for people like you, then there'd be no way for quicker people to see it more quickly or review it. Whereas a slower person(like me even) can pause or rewatch parts. Then review quickly

I think the video was just fine, thank you.

Same to you. It's a video and you can just watch it multiple times.

It's a video, you can always just rewatch it.

Again, it was my opinion; not yours or anybody else's. What I prefer differs from what other people prefer and I'm fine with that. If you understand it better then that's great.

I'm just saying it was too fast. I would rather not re-watch it if I can help it, which is why I'm giving feedback saying that the video was too fast in the first place. If it wasn't too fast for you, great! But it was too fast for me.
