It explains the concept of the frame of reference and how it's used to determine the relative velocity of an object with another regardless if the two items are traveling in the same direction or in the opposite direction. This video contains a few examples of car and train problems traveling in the same direction and in the opposite direction toward each other. It provides all of the formulas and equations needed to calculate the relative velocity.
