Website Using My Video to Sell a Scam Product

Unfortunately my video is being edited and used to sell a scam product I have never even heard of- Please be careful with what you see and purchase online!

Any advice on what to do in this situation is much appreciated, thank you!!

My husband works in IT security and said it is cyber theft and stolen identity so you would have a good case it goes state by state and go to a digital forensics publicly and they will help you or try the site delete me and it will help remove unwanted digital footprints and stolen data i hope this helps Nikki i have followed you for years and love your videos and your personality 😊

I’d sue them. Legal recourse BIG TIME. “violation of your right of publicity” which protects one against the commercial use of your name, image, or likeness for profit. Lawyer up!
