What a great pattern. Thick, squishy, and visually stunning. How did I not see this sooner? This will keep me out of mischief for a long time. Thanks, Tamara!

I have been crocheting for years. Never knew that there was a chain less stitch. Thanks for sharing it. And I love this pattern.

Such a clearly demonstrated tutorial for this colorful blanket! It's like making 2 blankets in 1 because both sides look great. Thank you for offering the pattern free on your blog or as a pdf for purchase. I bought it on Love Crafts. I think $4 is a bargain for all the math you did figuring out the starting chain length and yardage needed for all the sizes you provide in this clever pattern.

I've been doing some mosaic crochet. Fun to see a different take on that. Question - when changing colors, could you chain 3 with the NEW color, then connect on? That way the tail could be sewn down at an angle and would match the new color? Just a thought. I love your videos - they are so clear & your voice is calm & pleasant. A nice, zen moment infused with your enthusiasm for the craft.

I am maybe 1/3 done with a throw for my perpetually cold niece and I am loving the result so far. I think this would make an amazing cowl because it is so substantial; it would stand up on its own. But I know myself, and I know I can’t figure out the stitch count for the round. Do you know it? Pretty please?
