2018 Hey bees... welcome !

In the heart of the soybean farming area in the south west of France, 2 associations regrouping 40 farmers, launched the initiative “ Bees….Welcome” with the idea to attract pollinating insects to their farms.
The objective? To act on the diversification of feeding, To act on improving nesting, To act on health preservation of bee colonies and around 1000 other pollinating species by improving the biodiversity of their farms.
They have signed up to a five-year program using a simple diagnostic tool, training between farmers implementing practical action plans: Introducing more honey crops in rotation, Planting flowering strips, hedges and woodland, Creating & maintaining natural zones.
So: A simple and pragmatic operation from farmers for us all to be spread throughout the whole soy sustainable sourcing.
