Mechanism of action for Heparin.

Binds to and activates antithrombin which binds to factor X, which prevents prothrombin -> thrombin, which prevents fibrinogen -> fibrin, which prevents blood clotting.

However, I'd like to point out that there is a possible mistake in the final part of video, according to this paper on NCBI ''Low Molecular Weight Heparin" written by Francesca Solari and Matthew Varacallo. (Last update: Feb 2019) "Heparin has a faster onset of anticoagulant action as it will inhibit not only Xa but also thrombin, while LMWH acts ONLY on Xa inhibition". Thank you in advance with any correction.

This was horrifying. For criticism to make new videos, maybe point out differences, compare how medications are alike or similar, high yield concepts, etc. This presentation style makes it hard to grasp any concept and difficult to apply to questions. :/
