once the appliance is created, can i swithc it from thick provisioned to thin provisioning? Looks like the option is locked (greyed out) even after I power off the appliance VM. Is there a work around or should I just uninstall and re-install?

hello When installing vCenter, part 1 completes successfully, but when part 2 reaches 34%, it gives an error and the download stops. error: an error occurred while starting service ‘vpxd-svcs’

I installed Windows 10 on the old one for testing and it worked fine. How can I fix a problem with Vcenter?
