North Carolina lawmakers this week passed different versions of a bill to ban transgender women from playing girls' sports in the state.

The Senate passed its version of the "Fairness in Women's Sports Act" on Thursday, 29-18 with all Republican supporting and all Democrats opposing. The House passed its more expansive version on Wednesday with a veto-proof majority that included three Democrats.

Anyone who has been training/competing during their lives, understand why there are separate competitions for female and male athletes.
Anyone who has blue/green/pink hair has no understanding of excercising physically, and therefore no ability to explain separate female and male competitions.
So, let's ask anyone of blue/green/pink hair-religion "Why, do you think, do separate female and male competitions exist in the first place?"
It's really a true flat earth-kind of discussion, i.e. no "real" discussion, but only brawling, feelings, outrage ecc.

Thank you for protecting lesbian rights. Lesbian athletes deserve single-sex categories in sports.

With 3 Democrats joining, I have a hope. It was the right thing to do. Our women sports competition, for me goes back to high school in NC . The Girl's Athletic Association gave many girls the physical outlet to test their abilities in several athletic sports for girls only. In our own motivated abilities and strength, we felt good about our best efforts. Some of the good, good old days to remember.❤❤❤❤❤
