You mentioned Klaviyo as a good email marketing app. In reading some of the reviews it does not seem to be a program for a small biz that has no experience with these apps. For instance, they talked about how it integrates with Magento, and some of the metric terminology is fairly advanced-- ex: " variations percentage opens"
