I needed this today. Goodness. I have been feeling so overwhelmed lately. I’m going to be looking for a VA and will be hiring my mom to help with packing as soon as we get my new office finished.

Thank you so much Mei! I felt like you were speaking to me directly. I have so many ideas and I feel like my to-do list is endless! I’m going to take your advice and try and focus on doing one task at a time. Can you also talk about busy tasks and how we can differentiate and avoid getting sucked into them? I feel like I get sucked into thinking I’m doing something productive for my business, when I’m actually just wasting time.

One aspect that overwhelmed me the most in my business is the sheer amount of STUFF that happens in running a business! Like you said, everything from making the products, to social, to shipping them, running your website(s), etc. There's just SO much to do. Since I have an in-person event coming up this weekend, polishing my website has been a bit on hold. Knowing what to prioritize has been very helpful :)

Needed this today! Had a complete meltdown yesterday over social media templates that didn't actually format correctly when uploaded and decided I would rather shut my website down than deal with this online stuff. We are new to social media though we have been selling for 10 years offline. I even used the words "hamster wheel" when telling my husband about it!

This was quite encouraging. Make me look at what I need to focus on and dedicate specific days of the week to specific tasks

What overwhelms me the most is finding influencers to pitch my products to for advertisement. That's the most time consuming yet yields the highest results in sales. What else is overwhelming is working a part time job while my business grows. That stinks. Also, product photos are pretty high up there too. I keep upgrading my technology and photography skills so I can retake better photos. Also, I'm having to learn new software or using new resources to create better photos. My current software: GIMP, canva.com, pixabay, YouCut Video Editor.

This is great! Last holiday season events and this years events have been so productive I had to let go of doing anything else but blacksmithing. The museums are opening and there goes more products. I want to get the website developed and the Esty store going but I think if they go as good as the events how will I keep up with it. I don't have the skills for building the sites so that will take time away from creating things to learn and build too. So one step at a time.

Hello Mei PAk!
First thank you for your videos, they really help me think about the business I'm trying to create.
I'm struggling with all the marketing part and feel like a cat taking an unwanted bath. (I know I need to work on that part...)
I have some difficulty to priorityze what I should do. I'm thinking about taking your course. I know you have one (And I dont forget it, I regularly go to the page A Sale A day inscription, without jumping ^^', got some bad experience with the last course I took, and wondering if I may be able to learn this way... I may overthink a bit ^^' )
I found another course (Ecom Elite), what do you think about it?
I have started a blog following your advice. I'm still working on it. Trying to find the right workflow for me.
So.. Hum Thanks again.
