The issue isn't because of permits, or the city, but rather it's the high building costs. Between materials and labor, building enough housing for everyone is no easy feat.

However, Azure is looking to reduce the cost of building new units by 3D printing them. They are faster, cheaper, and cost less than traditional housing.

Nope. We have figured out multiple ways to get construction costs down. Cities and counties refuse to update their codes. Because there's no profit in it for them. THAT'S the problem.
