Gary Pohto over at ''Pohto Southern Cooking'' makes a pretty good sloppy Joe, too. He adds grape jelly to his.

My son loves my canned potatoes - he calls them next level - my grandaughter also wants seconds 😊- I do use chicken bullion to can them

Here the best recipe for home made egg noodles 1 dozen brown eggs and 1 dozen egg yolks, 1-1/2 teaspoons salt, 5lbs all purpose flour+ some flour too roll the dough out thin. Beat the eggs then add the flour that's had the mixed well mix it all in and extra large bowl and I just use my hands too mix it all together let it rest in a the bowl covered for 20 minutes then shape into 10-12 circle pieces. Roll into long strips cut into 3" strips flour well stack 3 strips cut into 1/4" pieces toss too release flour lay too dry on cookie sheets bag in 1 gallons bags laying them flat in freezer. Tried and true. And remember too boil the noodles without the meat boil on high constantly stirring the bottom for 20 minutes add the meat stir again. Then shut the heat off put the lid on set for 25 minutes there ready too serve. It will make around 5 gallons if noodles. I was always asked too make friends a gallon each year but I couldn't because I was making them at my sister's restraunt and didn't want too take away from her business.

Everything looked delicious. I must have missed where you made the garlic Parmesan sauce. Off to find it ...
Thank you for all of the hard work that you put in to these videos.❤
I canned some meatballs the other day. I can some in broth and some in tomato sauce so I can have a choice of how I want to use them. One of my local grocery stores had 80/20 ground beef on sale as well as Italian sausage, so I stocked up. I also have some Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage I need to can (had planned on making Sausage Balls, but didn't). I'd rather can the majority of my meat because of a couple of freezer failures.

Hi Tamara. This was great! It just amazes me how you’re able to have all of those things prepped and ready for easy, homemade meals! I didn’t comment on your last video but I do hope that you’re feeling better. You seem to be in a better mood. 😊Thanks for pushing yourself to still make these wonderful videos for us even when you’re you’re feeling a little down. I personally really appreciate it.🤗💕

Love watching your meal prep videos. I admire you cooking at home instead of eating out. Home cooked meals taste so much better than anything you can buy out. That’s also could be how you’ve lost so much weight. God bless you and your family.

Hey Tamara! I do the very same. Always cook from scratch. It's better ingredients and you know what is in it. Also the food tastes so much better. Also I have a tip. When I canned some potatoes this year, I add diced onions. They turned out delicious. Thank you for sharing.
