For those who doesn’t know what Al dente means.
It’s the process of half cooking pasta/noodles. This is done to prevent over cooking when adding to sauce or to another substance while cooking. To tell when it’s al Dente check a piece of pasta. It should be hard but with a small bite to it.

I LOVE YOU, these are real Italian recipes that we make all the time. THANK YOU for showing everyone how pasta is supposed to be cooked. Also, I love that you used pasta's water which is something we always do, but I very rarely see it done in videos like this, they generally just add normal water (or maybe they just don't specify it, I don't know).

The easiest "recipe" for me, which wasn't shown on the video and I do it a lot, is frying a lot of garlic in olive oil. Add them to the pasta pan and add eggs (1 per person, and whisk them on a bowl first before adding them to the pasta) and stir right away until it becomes saucy. Add paprika to your taste, fresh parsley, stir and it's done. SO GOOD. And besides the garlic you can add anything you want to it. You can add parmesan of course, you should anyways. ;)

Aglio e olio is simply the most *simple* and clean tasting pasta that could never go wrong! I love making it whenever I don’t feel like eating anything.

Another tip: if you’re making a tomato soup and have a lot of leftover, just cook it some more until it really thickens and the flavor gets stronger, add some more chili and spices, and toss in the pasta. Oh. My. Goodness.
