Darn.. I try not to eat too much rice and already have four or five types in my pantry, and now I have to buy sushi rice? Looks good, I’ll shop this week to make it for next Fishy Friday. (It does look like it needs more green on the plate though .. maybe some skinny string beans 🤔)
