I bought an Audio-Technica record player from Amazon and it was from this seller. It was supposed to arrive on the 18th of June but it wasn’t updated until the 11th, and it is now the 20th. I got an email today saying it was on the way and later on find out it HASN’T moved or that it’s gone missing and Amazon tells me that they will have to do an investigation and if I don’t get anything in the next 24 hours, they’ll either give me my refund or give me a replacement.

Update: It arrived yesterday and is in perfect condition, thank god. But it was so stressful to wait for it to arrive at my door.

2021 checkin on Firemall LLC.

I just received what amounts to an OEM hard drive. No issues with that, I purchase OEM drives all the time.

It was shipped in just its anti-static bag. No box. No protective shell.
If it was an SSD, I wouldn't have been too upset, but the spinners don't travel well like this.

Sounds like they're still trying to cut as many costs as possible as the drive was reasonably priced.

Not at all impressed. I won't be purchasing from this seller in the future.
Amazon processed the return immediately via the online forms.

MEh was looking at getting a pair of refurbished audio technica m40x headphones from firemall but I'm worried they'll be broken like that. wait why can't you use the headphones on windows 10? is it usb only? the other day I had to use windows 7 midi controller drivers on win 10 and it worked fine, but that may be different

Windows 8 drivers should work on windows 10.

I just got a set of closed back dj headphones from amazon and love them.
They are Bluedio Victory Pro (about $180), also bought the warranty (because from china).
May sound gimmicky, but 6 speakers per cup. It does make a difference.
Has S/PDIF (optical, haven't figured out how to get that to work yet), bluetooth and wired inputs, and you can plug in another set of headphones into these to let another person listen.

The downsides are that they are a little heavy, they don't sell replacement pads, and the touch controls for bluetooth reading inputs when adjusting it on your head.

since it uses multiple speakers, when listening to, let say music, low bass sounds don't drown out the lighter treble sounds.

Here's a link to a review of their older version. The victory pro's are pretty much the same thing, but with a better band and touch controls, instead of rocker buttons.

I would look around on the internet even though the company doesn't make patches sometimes other people make patches for that item

I recently ordered an at2020 from them myself. Bought it on the 31st of May, and it said it would be there by the 8th of June. Didn't ship until the 6th. I'm still convinced it'll show up by then since it's only a few cities away all of a sudden but still, having no communication at all sucked, despite Amazon apparently being the ones shipping it.

It is not about Firemall, it is about Amazon. Firemall is one of thousands sellers on Amazon, who send their inventory to an Amazon warehouse. Amazon is responsible for the fulfillment process. If an Amazon employee puts a shipping label on the product package instead of putting the item into the shipping box, there is nothing Firemall can do with it. Dave, it was your choice to buy on Amazon, and you accept Amazon's policy.

I wish I had seen this video before buying from them. 2021 near 2022 and I can confirm that this Company is seriously no more than a filthy scam. This video should have more recognition to get the word out to Amazon. Just like you I also had a bad experience with them and lost $200 plus dollars to them plus the $21 I paid for to make a return because they refuse to give me a label. Long story short avoid them at all costs and hope they get the punishment they deserve and if you can't tell yeah I'm pretty pissed off.
