from the sounds of it from the video it may be a ***blend door actuator *** it sounds like, coming form the ac it will click from inside the dash near the foot well. usually its a passenger side one but it kinda sounds like the driver side one. the blend door actuator is a part of the ac that deals with temperature control on the different sides newer cars have this problem a lot. it normally shuts off after 30seconds -2mins but it can kill a battery too.
