Also, for BDO, payment should be made over the counter on your due date para sa principal maapply, and make sure to call their Loans dept after, for confirmation and para mabigyan ng new mortgage schedule.

Confirmed.. ganyan nga sa BPI and Security Bank.. maganda lang sa Security Bank, mas mababa ang interest.... for now..
But, pwede ka naman makipag deal sa BPI para I-match nila yung interest ng ibang bank.. kung ma approve ka sa isa...

Matatatapos na po ung housing loan term in ko next year. Ask ko lang po kung anu po estimated na babayaran ko sa balloon payment ko and kung anu 2 ung mga estimated na iccharge sa akin bago ma end ung loan term ko sa bank housing loan ko. Maraming salamat po sa sagot (from 10 yearsn loan term is npababa ko po sya sa 6 years payment term coz of advance payment applied to principal)

Hello po. Ask lang po sana ako. I am already on my 10months of paying the equity of a condo unit. But due to some personal circumstance, hindi ko na po sya kaya mapagpatuloy. Plan ko po na hindi na magpatuloy na kunin yung condo. Possible po kaya yun? Thank you po.

Thank you Sir Chris for the info, I want to clarify lang with regards to advance payment for Robinsons Bank, based sa table 1.5% of principal amount but nung sinabe nyo na po naging 1.5% against dun sa advance payment (100k) so naging 1.5k. I thought po sa principal amount ibbase. Thank you in advance po sa clarification.
