Be aware that no bank can charge prepayment penalty if the payment is done from the SB account

You also need to consider principle amount while discounting as in prepayment you pay now but as per normal term you will pay principle later

As a bankers I speak for my fellow brothers and sisters that we don't care if you pre pay your loan . It's better than napa and stressed assets. And also it is a basic COMMON SENSE.
