When I was a child being raised in an atheist household, I never would have believed if you would have told me these things would come to pass. If it was true, how could anyone be so blind, with 2, 000 years warning? Ridiculous.

The church are people gathering together to worship. You can take the word church out of it but it still exists. The real problem is the mentality of why you would want to take the word out to begin with. What other shifts are occurring. Straying from God and the word to fit in with the modern day world corrupts the reason for the church.

When I first heard it, I was so heart-broken, as Luke 18:8 stayed on my mind. It was bad enough the CoE, & others have been sliding into errors, apostasy, heresy, & everything but the only TRUE GOD...then this, which sadly plays conveniently into the hands of the waiting Muslims who are happy to take advantage of this spiritual farming, to buy up the empty Church buildings for their islamic schools worship places, as expressed by an imam, in a video.
Then I remembered David Pawson's experience & prophetic talk, recorded in a video about islam taking over the UK - a Habakkuk time coming upon the UK.
The ground is set, & what with this current government opening the door wide for this to happen....
As much as I believe in prayers, even praying this government out of office, it is until the people bend their knees in true repentance towards GOD, & prove it by their deeds, that the gross darkness would be rolled back, I'm afraid. They have abandoned the Living GOD WHO blessed them & are they surprised at the riots & the surge in the systematic Islamisation of the UK? The imams said it out loud, that they'd take over London, then the rest of the UK is easy for them, & that they'd put their flags on Buckingham palace, etc..
What I find strange id the archbishop's woke-ness from what I have read. Was he not the same man who read & gave such powerful sermon during HM the Queen's funeral? I was so happy to hear such sound sermon, praying it would convict many by God's grace, & today this is happening?
To say it's sad is an understatement....I weep...but I know, the gates of hell shall never prevail against the Church our LORD JESUS CHRIST HEADS. THE LORD IS BUILDING HIS CHURCH, AND THEY WILL ARISE & REPLACE THE TRADITIONAL church, now being redefined as Community of England.

May the LORD be merciful to all of us, amen.

To appear more modern to society the churches should preach the truth of God from the bible, and leave God to do the rest. Stop conforming to world views and the world standard. Preach repentance like John the baptist in the bible.
