good shit bro, motivation gets you started, dicipline is what keeps you going. Being diciplined is sacrificing something you want in the moment for something even better later on. Tip for y'all is to practice doing things you DON'T wanna do, this could be anything, just do it (or "just start" as one wise man once said...). Dicipline can be trained just like anything else

I swear bro... Practice is so important, start with very basic systems using Roblox docs or YouTube tutorials (avoid free models and actually try to understand). Don't try advanced stuff as a beginner, build a solid foundation first and build your knowledge little by little, then when you feel ready, you can start making your game. That's how I started Roblox dev.

good shit bro. patience is so important. i started with big projects that almost all failed. a year later after starting these projects, i realize that i rushed into it. patience is KEY for roblox development. never rush, it becomes a buggy mess

Another thing to take note is trying not to get yourself distracted. Me personally, oftenly get distracted by things around me. For example, Youtube clips or even new ideas for a new game. What I used to do is I started a project where I had in my head, and as you might expected. It doesn't work out really well, and then I get another idea, instead of note it down. I started a new one, leaving the previous one stranded. I regret doing that, but currently I'm focusing on developing a single project and try not to get myself distract again. Thanks to this video again, though. It kinda reminds me of what I'm doing at the moment.

how real this guy is is crazy 😭 bro aint sugarcoating shit or anything. He makes things real. I was literally searching "roblox game ideas" and this came up. I was tired, and my game wasn't going anywhere. I had been doing roblox studio for literally three months and I thought I was so good. But I had to grow up. I'd started 100 projects, and all of them ended up in the trash can. You should always dream big, but make it with EFFORT and DICIPLINE and STRENGTH even through hard times.

it took me like 3 YEARS to make a game that actually gets some players, and it wasn't some massive or complicated stuff, it was basically about watching a TV but you can be in the TV, there are random TV shows showing up, but that's quite it, it's literally a copy of The Normal Elevator

Roblox locked me out of my account, and my game was almost lost in the process. It made me loose a lot of motivation, because I have to re-upload every single sound and animation asset.
