Today I walkthrough different settings you can try for your sliders and Match Table Options (universe mode) in WWE 2k22.
I walkthrough how I have done my settings in the game, some sliders you can try out against the ai, and a better understanding of the Match Table options you can adjust in your WWE Universe.

Best settings for my personal use :

Difficulty hard or legend
All AI sliders at 75-80
Players sliders at 70
Timed pin system
Music volume at 100, everything else at 50-60
Mid match run-in slider at 8-10
Stun gain up to 70-80
Stun recovery to 30-40
Camera shakes off
Camera panning off (if it interferes with your pin or submission hud)
And finally, Ref down time to 100 so you can cheat if you want to.

Glad I watched this. I run a complete CAW Universe Mode, and while I create all the Superstars, Arenas, Cards, Belts, ect, I haven’t dug in too deep in to Match Tables. Will definitely put more effort in to that, in the hope that it saves me time and plays my card out better automatically, instead of me recreating the wheel each week

Thanks Matt ! Was thinking about tweaking the sliders but didn't wanna make it too hard or too easy . I want to have long matches that require effort to win and have the AI kick out of my signatures and finishers

Yeah I always go through settings before I play a game. I definitely got my settings setup a certain way. Good video ✌

That's the beauty of the sliders, you never know what you'll get from many different settings. I can never settle on one particular set, so I have like almost 8 different sets of sliders for '19, '20 & '22 that I switch between on rare occasion lol. But I find that the sliders I use are the ones I still use on 2K19 & the game plays very nicely with very epic matches! Can't say the same for 2K20. But like they say "To each his own." 😁👍

Hey Asseble, ChecXmate here.

The a.i. difficulty slider also scales your damage in a player vs a.i. setting. The a.i's damage will hit harder on you but not so much yours against them therefore i recommend to turn that from 26-30 MAX especially since you're playing on Legendary. Was hoping for a shout out on the weight class/fight style attributes slider video of mine but its algood, we still friends😅💔

When I do my MITB ppv I have the women's and the men's both set at 100% that way they are both 100% gonna happen. Then I set the main event to be the championship match just in case I get a cash in that night. But to get that to work you have to be lucky or have separate MITB briefcases like I do. I have 1 for Smackdown and its for The Universal and Raw has its own too. Its a fun way to get more MITB matches like it used to be.

No lie, this helped put a lot with my Universe Mode with my shows, spiders, and matches. I have to change my sliders and matches. I can't wait to do this for my Universe Mode

For me I love playing universe mode and making my own universe I’m also fond of making it quite faction/tag heavy kinda like new Japan so I would personally love more stuff with tag entrances win motions title motions and stuff also I would love to be able to make it easier to make matches without having to have to scroll through everyone in the game just the stars on that roster would be great I know they have them blacked out in 2k23 which is great and helps a lot I may be asking a lot and I’m probably a very small minority but it’s what I want dammit lol

I spent way to much time in 2K20 stuffing around with the match tables but I eventually just made matches that I wanted to have

The music has been lowered and they added more reverb. There’s so much echo in the entrance music

2k20 the ref down time is the best also 2k20 when u hit a wrestler they will stay down unlike 2k22 where they just get right back up

Is there any upside to having the game setup your match cards by using the match tables over just editing the matches yourself? Like do you have a better chance of getting cutscenes for rivalries? I know in past games if you edited matches it pretty much wiped out any chance of a cut scene but this year I’ve tried both and doesn’t seem to make a difference.
