Hey, so uh, how do I put this…
That image representing “save data” in the thumbnail, You probably shouldn’t use it. It’s actually the channel icon from a YouTube Channel also called “save data”. Not some generic graphic representing save data.

Got this working, except for one thing.
I'm backing up all my saves and miis from my wii to my wii u's vwii. So everything works fine and all, except that I can't edit the miis anymore since they're technically not mine it says in the mii channel. There's an option to make them editable but this disconnects the mii from the scores/data that's associated with. (E.g. if you make your mii editable and it had a license on mkwii the mii is lost)

on 10:32 why can you click on your data file and why is it not called data like mine? i followed everything step by step so there has to be something outdated. now i cant even extract or compress any of the other games anymore after trying it out on another game?

Hey Scott, I have transferred the Mii’s from my Wii, on to my SD card. I have a folder named
savemiis and all of the miis are formatted in miigx.

When I put this sd card in my different Wii, the miis do not appear. I used this method for the save games and it worked fine, just not the miis.

Hey Scott, when I try to back up my game. I get an “Exception DSi Occurred!” Any why to fix this? Thanks. (I have IOS 58 and it works fine if I backup other games. Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the game I have the problem backing up.)
