Making HUGE IMPROVEMENTS to the LEGO STUDIO!

Today I make some huge improvements to the LEGO studio by expanding the display/storage space with 12 cabinets!

Bricksie, my toughts, get rid of all your standard Lego sets and components in the city, start over and and go full custom just like Brickcrafts… I think therein lies the key to further growing your channel, you can do it 💪🏻

So you can fix that plug gap super easy. Cut a piece of melamine to fit and get two kitchen hinges and two soft close door dampeners. This allows it to be completely hidden, flush, and you can push to open anytime you need the plugs.

3:55 you can always put a cupboard without draws in front of the power outlet and have a hole in the back of the cupboard. That way you can also charge things in the cupboard and keep it looking tidy.

Great upgrade! You really made it into a tidy and organized studio. Can't imagine how much inspiration for your MOC's you'll get when sitting there looking around. Seeing cool sets instead of clutter. Must be very inspirational!

Just some thoughts:
I kinda miss you walking through your shelving rooms. Really liked that back in the basement.

Mad respect for what you were able to build your company too.

For me you don't have to focus on your city 100%, I also like the set building and you placing stuff on the shelves.

But bottomline: do what you like to do man, you have an amazing setup there to do great Lego things!

Don't worry about focusing all attention to the city, a clean organized work space etc is also important and keeps things smooth

Looks good. This is definitely progress that needs to happen to make everything else go more smoothly. The gap on the right looks planned and will be really handy to help access the corner beyond just the tripods.

I'd love to see a video made of a day spent sorting parts. Very satisfying for me, both to watch and to do for myself.

Hey, you’re right it def looks tidy and practical. For the corner full of unsorted bins next to the couch, until you take care of them, you could put a simple white curtain in front of them.

It'll look great - I don't mind plastic boxes, storage baskets and decorative storage boxes around, but cardboard packing/moving/shipping boxes are so ugly, so getting rid of those will improve the look of the space immensely. Having to keep things in cardboard boxes is something I hate having to do. If you want some more shelving in the cabinets, you could measure the shelves and see if there are spare pieces of melamine that will fit there/or can cut to size there.

Looking good Jordan, I see you have space to add another row of the 3 drawers sterilite bins all the way across the top for when you need even more in a few months
