checkit ouuuut! new stickys !!

Midnight liking daffodils was one of Page's biggest triumphs to share with her village, and it turned out to be a mistake. And when Midnight suddenly goes missing, his father is the first to notice his absence.

I've got another, longer amv planned that goes over this plot point in more detail and in a more writing-accurate way, but it's still a LONG way out. so i made this! i hate backgrounds. so so much.

BLACKIE!!! THIS LOOKS WONDERFUL!! Demons is definitely one of my favorite series of yours (with uprooted coming in a very close second!) and I’m so, so excited to see how this story plays out.

I absolutely love this animation. The dramatic irony is just insane. The movements and sync gave a perfect story, and I applaud you for that as storytelling is hard- in other news, here's my interpretation for what is displayed here! First, seeing Midnight follow those daffodils put a chill up my spine. The unsettling feeling was portrayed perfectly! Then the frame at 0:33... Absolutely amazing. The lack of mercy behind those eyes and that net was just superb. Those glowing eyes in the background only added to the scene. Watching the frame go dark and Midnight disappear at 0:38 and the true terror in Nero's eyes at 0:40 pulled at my heartstrings- another scene perfectly adding emotion! The exclamation of Page at 0:47 was similarly fearful. Although, there is something else that I interpreted from the expression, which looked like a face of realization and regret. I'm not exactly sure if that is correct, but the entire animation is still amazing and so much fun to analyze. Keep being a great inspiration and animator! ❤❤❤

This is amazing! The storytelling is brilliant and all the animation is really smooth. You’re really good at showing expressions on your characters as well, the last scene when Page notices that Midnight is gone is so well done! I love the idea that Midnight is obsessed with Daffodils, is so freaking cute and gives me a serotonin overload. Also Nero’s care for Midnight is also adorable.
