Look Folks, Appelonia must think that the public is either naive or stupid . There's no damn way a known womanizer like DLR dated her, courted her for 3 months platonicly, and introduced her to his parents, without having a taste of her goods routinely as at least a FWB . DLR was smarter than that . He wouldn't have invested his time in a bad female investment like that, that didn't pay off romanticly up front . She has claimed the same nonsense that Prince courted her as well on the Purple Rain set, and she just turned him away at every one of his intimate advancements . Highly unlikely . Prince didn't court women either . He could have had any man or woman romanticly that he wanted in the 80s, without resistance . So she would want the public to believe she was some marriage material back in the 80s that every guy wanted to court ? Laughable . She was as much of an opportunist sexually and stardom wise as the next woman wanting stardom in the 80s . I mean what is she supposed to say ? It’s not true. Read manager Noel Monk’s book-he says that Roth had the idea to get paternity insurance but that no company would underwrite it. They decided to issue a press release saying they got it, regardless, and the story grew legs. It’s still believed today…but it’s only a story.
