The song is about wanting someone to stay with you for a little more because their presence gives you happiness and peace. "Huwag Muna Tayong Uwuwi" directly translate to "Let's not go home yet" but the tone in the song is more of a plead rather than a command so to accurately translate it in english, it's more of a "Can we stay here for a little longer?" type of tone.
