You missed the most famous area in Tangier is the Perdicares Parc (Ramilat) and cap Spartel.

Tagine is my favourite way to cook lamb dishes and I love making up ras el hanout seasoning from scratch using my big stone mortar and pestle. Yummmm

A good advise : ALWAYS use bread to eat by dipping it in the sauce serve in ur dish !!
Ohh by the way all the places u went for food are bit expensive, u can go for local palaces very cheap and good.
Whilst u there, go to the traditional HAMMAM ( 20dh or less a ticket ) .
