You are honestly stunning! Sick or not, makeup or not, I don't know anyone who always looks so effortlessly beautiful the way you do! Hope you feel better soon!!

Oh, bless you Fleur! I really felt for you when you were talking about how unwell you have been feeling. Please don't feel you need to offer any kind of explanation, you have a lot on your plate right now and it's not surprising you are feeling run down. Be kind to yourself, and remember that this will pass even if it feels tough right now! Sending lots of supportive hugs and love xx

Wonderful video Fleur! I understand how you feel being ill so often lately. I was exactly the same way when my first entered nursery/ pre-school. Our pediatrician also reminded me that even though my child might not be ill at the moment they could still be a carrier and bring lots of things home to infect the rest of the family. Your immune system will eventually build up and the germs should affect you less. Fingers crossed! Hope you feel better very soon!

I'm not even a parent but I do some work in schools/nurseries and my immune system is normally pretty strong, but being in contact with kids can make you ill so much more often! Please never apologise for being ill, sometimes it's your body's way of making you take some time to yourself to get better. Please don't feel judged or let anyone make you feel badly for that! <3

It’s totally normal to keep catching bugs when your child goes to nursery. It’s just that you’re doing it publicly! Hope it gets better for you soon, our little girl has been there for a year now and I think it has only just started to get less frequent. 🤞 for you xx

I never used to get ill, then my one year old came along and now it’s one thing after another. The pressure of working, living in London, looking after a baby and trying to continue a social life has a massive part in it and even now I’m still trying to find a balance that works. Don’t listen to people who make comments they either don’t understand or are just plain arrogant. xx

Hi Fleur, I had a similar time with getting ill almost every 2 weeks. I figured out, that I had light allergy’s which did not make me sick but did weaken my immune system so I was catching every single bacteria and virus around me. And in your case with the stress and the nursery it’s no wonder. Take some allergy tests, it might help.

The illnesses are definitely coming home with river from nursery school! I used to get a cold every three years or so, now that my sister has had kids and I’m always with them, I get sick all the time!

Fleur, the first year my son was in daycare I was constantly sick. He had a runny nose for 9 months and I strep, stomach flu etc. In addition, with a child in the mix there's less downtime. The good news--it gets easier and River will have a strong immune system. Love your vlogs

I hope you start feeling better. I was a single mom and three and I feel like I was probably sick with a cold for five years straight when they were little. I caught everything! LOL Hugs to you and the family.

As a mom of a little one, it’s absolutely normal to be sick that often! Been there! Totally a combination of catching her illness afterwards and just being exhausted as a mama! It usually tapers off by age 3. :)

I was having one of those days when the toddler was in super toddler mode, the house was a mess, the dog was dirty and then I saw Fleur had a new vlog up and it made my day so much better. Settled down to watch it with a cup of tea while the toddler was napping and now I am the picture of calm. Aha.

Something interesting I learned from my daughter’s Ped, it takes 6 weeks for your system to fully recover from being sick... that is why sometimes it can feel back to back. If you can manage to stay well enough for about 6 weeks you can break the cycle until the next round, usually change of season etc. Gave me something to work towards when sick and feel less like it was something wrong with me.

good luck and feel better! 💪
