The price aside, I LOVE the interior design of this place especially the bedrooms. and i actually like that it's small cause it feels cozy and homely

The flat's a bit small, and it would annoy me to come in every day and have to skirt round the dining table. I love the way you turned a blind eye to the apartment block being built a stone's throw away! Your presenting skills are really on the up, though. It's nice to see Jas so smartly dressed!

Taking into consideration the new railway infrastructure and this development being next to the Thames river, it still mystifies me why (apart from foreign rental investors, just out for a quick buck) why anyone would want to spend the best of £1M on a property in Woolwich!. Because thats whats beyond those gates and manicured grounds.

£800k+ to live in a box thats still a way out from central london? You’d be nuts to buy this property. Be better off moving further out to Kent where a flat double the size is only a quarter of the price and you can still be in central in 25/30 minutes

My god, over £800k for a small 2 bed flat in Woolwich. You'd have to be one hell of a mug to go for this.

Seems a bit to cramped, get rid of the circle table, like the black kitchen but looks pretty small. No way worth £800, 000+!

I haven't lived there for 30 years but when I left they were called flats not apartments. When did that change ? Also, are there any bigger flats or just 2 bed ?
