Dancing In The Moonlight COVER

My band mates helped me make this cover. David Derman on vocals, Oliver Amos on bass and keys, and myself on guitar and drums.

We recorded this during the height of lockdown, so David recorded his vocals at home on an iPhone 5, and Oli and I made use of what gear we had available to us to put this together. It was quite a challenge!

I"ve heard this song a million times. A long time ago I actually worked with two of the members of King Harvest who recorded the song (they have a great story about the band). This was a fantastic version. Loved the vocals and drums especially. Way to go!

Got to agree with all the comments .... this is definitely one of the best covers of this awesome song. Not only did these guys give it a professional sound- they did this by cutting each persons segment and putting it together. Brilliant!

The song brought the smile, but the performance made it even bigger. David - your facial expressions sold it, and I was headed to the ATM to get more cash; Oliver - one word: TASTY! Those are just a few things noted...the rest of what I heard was a band that was really enjoying themselves with a classic 1970s song I doubt any of you were even being thought of when it was released - perhaps your grandparents can remember the original...I know I do. Anyway...great cover and the harmonies were just fantabulous. Rock on!!!

I was surprised (almost shocked) how good of a cover this was. Funny thing was, I didn't see that the keyboardists and the bass player were the same person until after eight times viewing. Then I noticed the drummer and the guitar players were too. I'm not stupid, but I swear that I thought that the guitar players were twin brothers, taking this as a given fact until I looked closely and saw they were in the same clothes.
