Deficiencies in calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, , vitamin D3 and K2 cause cavities too. I don't hear enough dentists talk about this since it's so important to consider it as a possible cause of dental disease.
EDIT: airway problems can cause dental and gum issues too. Along with diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Make sure you are nasal breathing. I have a tongue tie and narrow palate which I will need surgery to fix.

One other reason which nobody seems to mention is the genetic quality of your teeth. You might be doing everything right but still have problems due to inefficiency of these processes as well as inherent resistive/protective deficiencies of your teeth.

Deficiency in your diet like minerals and vitamins mean your saliva is basically just empty.
This is a problem thanks to packaged food, high starch and carbs crossed with demineralised soil that vegetables are grown in and before you know it, not only is your food bad for your teeth, but your saliva is demineralised and can't counteract it.
Dentists try so hard to accuse people of having a bad diet, but I have experienced myself, no fizzy and no sugar and one dentist was like oh we need to give you some cosmetic fillings because your enamel is wearing away, cut back the fizzy and sugar 😅.
I laughed so hard I almost bit her fingers because I don't drink fizzy and hardly eat any packaged food let alone sugar.
But she failed to ask about my reproductive system and aneamia.
I have 7 kids ! Pregnant with my 8th
I learnt this after my second baby.
Saw another dentist the next day and was told to take a natural multivitamin, fish oil and increase my dairy intake especially when pregnant since breastfeeding you absorb less calcium vs pregnant.
Long story short, the same ' issues' I had 12 years ago, I still have and I'm pregnant with my 8th child.
They haven't worsened, or got better but uts not cavities, it's enamel loss.
So point is, floss, then brush with a dry toothbrush. Rinse your mouth with warm water, salt water is optional.
Then brush your teeth.
I brush after each meal with a dry toothbrush and rinse with water.
My saliva is the best toothpaste.

Ok I have a question. What would I tell my dentist if I haven’t brushed my teeth in a while because my mental health is everywhere and I struggle to do normal tasks?

I have 4 cavities and im 25 i saw some of your other videos with the silver fillings. I know the doctor will recommend caps or some other new trend in the dentist field. I can now feel the difference in the sensitivity and how food gets more stuck in my teeth more than usual. What would you prefer or suggest?
