Also known as the New York Zodiac, Seda sent ciphers to police much like the Zodiac Killer did over 2 decades before him on the opposite coast of the United States. Quickly determined to be a copycat though, Seda would be linked to these NY crimes after writing a suspicious looking confession to an unrelated charge in 1996.
