Hi, can you demonstrate how to do the upload via a htmloutput form from an .html created in google appscripts? Whenever I upload a text file, it works and opens just fine, but when i do it with an image (camera, jpg, png) or .pdf it doesn't open both on the drive thumbnail and on any computer. I don't know what to do. The reason i'm not using "google forms" for it, is to allow anyone, even without a google account to upload files "as me".

when I give the option to upload a file, there is an edit button that appears below to the right on the preview. How can I get rid of it so respondents can only upload but not edit my form?

Example: My firt question asks the student name, my second question ask for his photo, when the form opens the camera cell it wold name the photo by the student name, instead of a sequential number.

Strange that google forms requires users to be logged in to upload a file. I understand the need to limit spam but shouldn’t it be an option they the firm created can decide on? Your thoughts ?

Hello. Thanks for this awesome vídeo. It helps a Lot. I wanna know ir there si a way to rename that file to email or name based name. Like if your name si Sindel those files will be renamed to sindel-upload your spreadsheet.xls to find it quickly among other responses.
