Uploading Files in Google Forms

This video tutorial will show you how to upload files in Google Forms. This upload feature works in education and business accounts. Uploading in Google Forms to your personal account is currently unavailable. Upload all file types up to 10GB in size. Google Forms will create a folder in your Google Drive to store the uploaded files.

Thank you very much for this helpful video. I have a question : Is it possible to accept both file upload type answer and typed answer for a question. If yes how?
Few of my students want to type an answer instead of uploading an image. Please answer ASAP

I am watching this in Feb 2018 and I have a personal account. Yet, I have the File Upload option under the drop-down. This video was made on Mar 2017, almost a year now. So maybe Google has released the feature for personal accounts too.

Thanks for the video. I have a question: How can a change the photo name automatically thru the form? Example: My firt question asks the student name, my second question ask for his photo, when the form opens the camera cell it wold name the photo by the student name, instead of a sequential number.

It means personal gmail account has no more file upload if i wanna to get the feature either i need a organisational google account or business google account... am i right sir...
