The guy obviously doesn't understand what cloud is... Pandemic became a catalyst for many companies who haven't used cloud to move to cloud, it is called digitization. I doubt that companies that moved their infrastructure or processes to cloud during pandemic will pull back just because pandemic is over :)) The only losses any of these US cloud may face is losing Russian clients due to sanctions, but let me tell you russian market on this matter was insignificant, so I wouldn't bother... Anyways it is funny to watch the guy talk about things he has no idea about
